I thought I was ordering a CD- Rom like it said....I got a product key with no disc. I wanted a CD because my internet is slow and takes forever to download over the internet. Disappointed I didn't get what I ordered.

The email with the download instructions and key code were simply wrong. It took way too much time on the telephone with Apple support and way too much effort searching through the Microsoft website to get anywhere. It would seem getting the instructions out in a clear and correct manner should be easy.
