Works well, Excel is really excelent. Word to complicated for home use. This is original software. It shoud be cheaper. OK for four stars.

The program downloaded fine for this non-techie and works as I suspect it is supposed to. I knocked off one star because I don't like the new MS programs as well as my old 2013 version. Maybe I just haven't figured out how to get the user settings that I prefer, maybe I don't like change (for sure). It works, I just wish MS would just leave well enough alone.

I don't like that it falsely is advertized as a CD. You have to go online and sign on to Microsoft and download office 365 to get 2019. On a positive note, the download doesn't take long 🤨
