This item was nice work well for about 1 month after that month it became loud making loud noises sounding as if it wanted to blow up. I gave it a rest as I didn't even have it on for that long and ever since then it never worked again

So so upset! Got this as a house warming gift 4 days ago. The water goes SO fast. After barely doing one room, the water was gone completely and had to refill. I thought it did a good job and I loved that it had no streaks. I have essential oils I put in water like lemon or orange so it smells extra clean. I was just showing my husband how to fill the water and out of nowhere a spring came flying out and now it’s broken ! The water is pouring out without the spring.

Returned after 1 use. All it did was push the dirt around. If u have grout lines that's where all the dirt lands. Better off with no and bucket.

The product worked fine, but it wasn't durable at all. Had less than 6 months. After it broke a week ago. I duct taped it, knowing its day was coming.

I purchased this mop and immediately tried using it. It would steam for about 30 seconds and then stop and the lights would just blink on the front. I returned to the store and purchased a different brand.

Opened the mop, put it together, heated it up and steam never came out. Took a look at the water reservoir and the internal tube was kinked not allowing water to pass through. 0/5 stars. Returning to the store!

I used this mop for 5 months. It was fine on tile, although gave a lot of resistance on the hardwood floor. So I didn't love it. The plastic chemical smell took at least a month to go away. After using it about 2x/month for 5 months, the bottom completely cracked in half when pulling the pad off. Dirt Devil's customer service was pretty unhelpful in getting a replacement. They insisted on me returning the mop before issuing a replacement but wouldn't provide a box. Don't waste your money on this one.

Item came used and I oay for a new item. I need a refund asap

The steam mop broke after a few uses, didn't heat up well, and handle snapped off. It just spread dirt around. Don't waste your money.

Got this on sale for $34, took it home and it never steamed at all. It just kept blinking between all the lights. It makes a loud ticking sound but nothing ever happens. I returned it to the store because it’s a terrible purchase.
