After my previous steam mop gave out on me, I'd been looking for a replacement. When I first attempted to use it, it made some loud noises while heating up and then I didn't get any steam. I turned it off a couple of times, and eventually unplugged it and let it set. I was set to call the help desk when I plugged it back in, and it heated up perfectly and has been working fine.

I really enjoyed this team up. It has three levels of steam, low, medium and high. It even came with an extra pad. My last steam mop you had to pump to get the steam out and this one doesn’t require that. Super easy, user-friendly.
Fit
Very light weight and easy to use it.

Considering the quality of the construction and materials and the performance of this mop it's kind of a steel considering I got it for $50. The only downside is that on my floors in particular pushing them up is extremely difficult and the microfiber head wouldn't glide easily. I'm still rating at five Stars because I think that's more of an issue with my floors than the mop itself. If you're on the fence I would absolutely give it a shot! Seems like an extremely good product.

A steam mop is to mopping what the Dyson is to vacuuming: using one of these will change your life and perspective on how clean you thought your floors were. Bought this thing on sale at Target to give it a go without forking over a Benjamin just to “try it and see.” Best $45 I ever spent. Pretty sure you could eat off my floors now, they’re so clean! I probably won’t, but Dirt Devil, you’ve done it once again! Easy to use, lightweight, and after about four months of use, so far reliable. Do yourself a favor and just buy this thing. You won’t regret it!
