I have three cats and a dog so my floors get pretty gross, especially after the dog goes outside to do his business and comes back in with muddy paws. I used this on my kitchen tile because we use the back door the most. It cleaned the floor so well. The fragrance was pleasant and not overwhelming. I have a very sensitive nose and couldn't handle anything that was too strong. The cord is nice and long so you don't have to worry about having to move to another outlet. It's easy to use, easy to put together and overall a wonderful product!

I love this mop. I feel like it really cleaned by floors better that a swifter mop which is amazing. It does go through a lot of liquid so I probably wouldn't by the special water. I would just use distilled water instead.

I already own a steam mop, but this Dirt Devil one just replaced it! I like that it steams without my help (my other one has to have the handle pumped) and that it gives out steam in all directions. I feel like it cleans better too! I always love when the mop pad can be washed—definite plus! The only improvements I see would be to make the handle a couple inches longer (I felt like I was bending over some) and to make the water tank a little bigger so it doesn't have to be refilled as much. So easy to clean. Comes with steam water that smells great! I hate mopping the floor and wringing out the mop. This makes cleaning so easy. And I don’t have to throw out dirty mopping pads. I’m saving money every time I mop with this option.

It was extremely easy to put it together, right out of the box. I have luxury vinyl plank flooring and 2 VERY messy boys. The steam setting that worked best for dried up messes (yogurt & a stepped on strawberry) was the highest setting. I let it steam for about 3-5 seconds and in 3 quick passes it was gone! When not trying to clean up hard messes, the second setting worked great. It is very easy to fill up the steam tank, especially with the funnel that comes in the box. Tip: make sure the water tank clicks into place for it to work! You'll know when it's working because you can actually see all the steam. Once I ran out of the Steam Water solution, I used distilled water and it also worked great. The cleaning pads are super easy to remove and just toss in the washer.They clean up pretty well and very easily reattach to the mop. I've tried other steam mops and this one is top 2, especially because of its light weight and compact design. I do wish the cord was longer but the shorter cord works out when you whip it out to quickly clean a mess. Great product for those looking for something that works great and isn't as expensive as other mops.

Full disclosure: I got this steam mop for free from Dirt Devil in exchange for this honest review. After using this steam mop several times, I can say that I honestly think it's great! It comes with two removable, reusable, washable pads. I have used and washed one already and it cleans up beautifully. The three steam levels are adequate to clean however you see fit for your floors. It's quiet, lightweight and very easy (and fun!) to use. If you have wood floors you want to protect, I highly recommend this Dirt Devil steam mop!

Dirt Devil kindly gave me the Steam Mop for free through the BzzAgent program so that I could review it. It came packaged well and was very easy to put together. I have a similar mop from a different company. I find the Dirt Devil easier to use. I didn't have to put much effort in moving it across the floor. Also, this mop head will rotate so you can get into tight areas. I have dogs so I love only having to use water to clean with it! It did a great job cleaning the grout on my tile floors! I recommend this for those with small children and/or pets.

This is a review in exchange for a free sample. Assembling: Easy. You pretty much could do it without the instructions. Heat: It heats up pretty fast, probably instantly. Cord: I actually not a fan of corded cleaning equipment since it takes time to plug and unplug moving in between rooms. However, this steam mop cord is long enough that I don't have to repeat the process many times during the cleaning. Quality: Better than expected. The mop works fine with my vinyl floor and it does good job removing all dirt. I have a dog at home so I have to clean the house at least once a week. This would be something I recommend to friends to try.

It works great my floors all tile, looked like they had been buffed! We have three dogs so it can smell like wet dog when I mop but not with this! The cord is extra long which is nice the only issue is the tank with water is smaller then i would like I have to fill for every room
