Does NOT work! I bought one and returned because I assumed it was faulty. Ordered a new one and worked one time.

Bought it on sale at Target worked 1 time and never again tried everything and light just blocks but won't steam. Bought the protection plan but unfortunately can't find receipt so it was a waste of money

Don’t ignore the other comments about how this didn’t work. I got it because it was SUPER on sale and thought, mehh, why not, I’ll just return it if it doesn’t work. I plugged it in and let it “charge” for almost an hour. It never steamed, just rumbled and clacked a ton. This is the second dirt devil product I’ve bought; both were incredibly deficient. The other was a hand vacuum that didn’t run longer than 15 minutes. I just won’t buy from this company anymore.

Worked great… until it didn’t. I bought this in January and it stopped working last weekend 😑

While it was easy to assemble and looks great, I would not purchase it. It's hard to push, doesn't glide across the floor at all. The scented "water" they give is horrible. The smell is so strong and lingers for a while and you feel like you're eating it when the steam comes out.

I was intrigued to try a new steam mop to clean and sanitize the floors. Unfortunately the product was short lived. It broke in the first use!!! The attachment to the pad attachment broke making it unusable. I had high hopes, so not sure if we just received a defective one or other ones would have better luck. So in my experience I wouldn't recommend it or buy it again.

So so upset! Got this as a house warming gift 4 days ago. The water goes SO fast. After barely doing one room, the water was gone completely and had to refill. I thought it did a good job and I loved that it had no streaks. I have essential oils I put in water like lemon or orange so it smells extra clean. I was just showing my husband how to fill the water and out of nowhere a spring came flying out and now it’s broken ! The water is pouring out without the spring.

I am not happy with the little amount of steam that it produces!!

Returned after 1 use. All it did was push the dirt around. If u have grout lines that's where all the dirt lands. Better off with no and bucket.

The product worked fine, but it wasn't durable at all. Had less than 6 months. After it broke a week ago. I duct taped it, knowing its day was coming.
