I love love how light and easy this is to use! I have 3 inside animals and it was amazing how much this picked up with such little effort. The only thing I would change would be for it to be cordles!

Dirt Devil kindly gave me this steam mop for free so that I could review it. I liked how much dirt the mop removed and did not make the floor sticky as my other mops usually do. It heats up quickly and is easy to use.

The Dirt Devil Steam Mop did a good job of cleaning my floors. I like that it had different settings on how hot the steam would get and was able to use a lower setting on floors that I may have been afraid to use steam in before. The only thing I didn't like was it seemed to "stick" to my laminate flooring and didn't glide as well as on my tile floors. It was easy to fill the mop with water and I didn't spill water everywhere as I have on other mops.

I've actually been looking at steam mood for awhile. When I received this one, I was excited to try. It was easy to learn to use, easy to maneuver and almost exactly what I was wanting. It went together easily. The directions on how to use, where to put the cleaning solution and settings were very clear and easy to understand. I have a 17 month old grandson who currently loves to make messes. Right off the bat, he spilled a sugary and sticky drink all over the floor. Pulled out the steam mop, plugged it in and put it to work. It worked beautifully!! Floor was clean and mess free within minutes! I was very pleased. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars and say it's almost what I wanted is because it's cordless. The cord gets in my way and I'm always having to move it. Other than that, I love this steam mop!!

Well this is certainly a handy little machine. Easy to chase around and keep the floors tidy. Not sure it would be great with heavy messes but great for cat hair and dust. I have dark floors and EVERYTHING shows. This makes it easy to keep it looking shiny and clean.

It does a wonderful job cleaning the floors. Easy to use. It feels a bit cheaply made so I'll have to see how it holds up over time.

I actually love this thing. I hate having to drag out a mop and bucket, and those disposable mop pads are expensive, wasteful, and smell way too strong. With my new Dirt Devil steam mop, I can mop all my floors with water if I want, or using their steam water to give it a little nice scent. Now there's a few things I would change. For one, the handle is a bit short for us taller folks, but it's not too big of a deal. Having to plug it in is a bit of a pain, but again not a deal breaker (and I don't have to worry about a battery dying.) The only major thing I didn't like is that it doesn't do a very good job in corners. Overall this is a great purchase, and comes with an extra mop pad so you can always have a clean one ready to use. Oh! And the pads are washable, so there is way less waste!

The steam mop it's both easy to assemble and to use. My three cons are: the instructions are not clear on how much water/solution to use, how much water/solution should be used per area size, and the mop itself it's heavy. So, if an older and/or disabled person were to use this, it won't be practical or effective.

This is a hard review for me. Does the mop work well? Its great! Will your arm hurt afterwards? Definitely. I think it would help if the stick was adjustable. I'm 5'6'', so average but this thing is extremely difficult to push on my hardwood floors and just think if it was a little longer wouldn't be so difficult. Also, the washable pad, is ok, it's a standard pad, doesn't lay flat after washing.
